If you’re looking to have a new custom bench cushion made from scratch the insert will be made from our standard foam - a medium-firm foam with a dacron wrap for fullness.

Examples of various bench cushion edge finishes
Knife edge - plain seam
Self-Welt - welting made of the same fabric as the body of the cushion.
Contrast Welt - welting made out of a different fabric than the body of the cushion.
Self-Flange - French flange made out of the same fabric as the body of the cushion.
Contrast Flange - French flange detail made of a different fabric than the body of the cushion.
